Sydney joined the KHQA Team in September 2021. She recently graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Sydney majored in broadcast journalism and minored in African and African-American studies. She was an anchor and multimedia journalist for the university's student news station and worked for the Razorback Sports Network.

In her spare time, Sydney enjoys shopping, thrifting, and creating social media content. She is a huge fan of sneakers and hopes to one day fill a big closet full of only shoes. She also loves video games and often plays for hours at a time.
