    Two Pittsfield residents arrested following search warrant

    Pike County, Illinois Sheriff’s deputies, Pittsfield police officers and the West Central Illinois Drug Task Force executed a court-authorized search warrant at a residence in the 300 Block of East Griggsville Street in Pittsfield Thursday at 10:30 a.m.

    During the execution, Brandy M. Vincent, 37, of Pittsfield, was arrested for cannabis possession with the intent to deliver 30-100 grams, unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a look alike substance (LSD Blotter Papers). Gregory D. Santoni, 27, of Pittsfield, also was arrested with cannabis possession with the intent to deliver 30-100 grams, possession of ammunition by a felon and possession of a look alike substance (LSD Blotter Papers.

    Both Vincent and Santoni were taken to the Pike County Jail with no bond and are awaiting a court appearance.

    Sheriff David E. Greenwood said assistance from private citizens played a large role in this case.

    He asks residents to call the Pike County Crime Stoppers at 217-285-1500 to report a crime.

    Callers can remain anonymous and also receive a reward if an arrest is made based on information provided.
