Three arrested in Pike County, IL under multiple charges
The Pike County Sheriff's Department and West Central Illinois Drug Task Force did a court-authorized search Friday morning in the 200 block of S Main Street in Baylis, Illinois.
After an investigation, Devon Wagner, 20, from Baylis was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Wagner was arrested and lodged in the Pike County Jail.
The Sheriff's Office furthered the investigation by apprehending a fugitive located in a residence in the 1100 block of Bainbridge Street in Barry, IL. They located and arrested Cody Leavell, 40, from Baylis on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to register as a sex offender, and two outstanding Pike County, IL warrants.
In addition to Wagner and Leavell, Jamie Marshall, 32 from Champaign, Illinois was also arrested for the offenses of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Leavell and Marshall are also lodged in the Pike County Jail currently.
