Monroe County Sheriff's Office searching for man for burglary
On Friday, January 25th, the Monroe County Sheriff's Department made contact with Jeremy Pipes at a residence on Monroe County Road 1009 for a burglary investigation.
A second subject, Shawn Reese, from Moberly, Missouri, is believed to have fled.
The Sheriff's Office, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Randolph County Sheriff's Office and the K-9 unit with the Shelbina Police Department assisted in the search for Reese.
A subsequent search of the property resulted in the recover of multiple items of stolen property.
Monroe county Prosecuting Attorney Talley Kendrick has charged both subjects with Burglary.
Pipes is being held with a $30,000 cash-only bond, and authorities are asking for public assistance in locating Shawn Reese, 42, who is wanted on a $30,000 cash-only warrant.
Chief Deputy Joe Colston stated that Reese may be driving a stolen maroon 2005 Ford Expedition with license plate #CN8W5L.
