Man wanted in connection to attempted murder in the Tri-States

The Ralls County Sheriff's office says William Wesley Gauch II is wanted in connection to an attempted murder in New London

The Ralls County Sheriff's office is looking for a man wanted in connection to an attempted murder.

According to a news release from the sheriff's office, the crime happened in the 200 Block of 1st Street in New London, Missouri at around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Ralls County deputies responded to a local hospital after it was discovered that a person was hospitalized with possible life-threatening injuries after a physical altercation.

Now authorities are looking for William Wesley Gauch II.

Ralls County deputies say he's known to frequent the Hannibal and New London area.

Gauch is described as being 5’11 and weighing 180 pounds.

He has a distinctive tattoo on the front of his neck, “PAIS”, which indicates a possible affiliation to a white supremacist gang.

Gauch is possibly driving a red in color Ford Escape SUV or an unknown make and model silver sedan with no known registration information.
