Keokuk man arrested on subsequent drug charge
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force is reporting the arrest of a Keokuk, Iowa man on a felony drug charge.
Matthew Soice, 32, from Keokuk was arrested on Tuesday on the charge. He's been charged with delivery of less than five grams of methamphetamine, second or subsequent offense, a class C felony with an enhancement. If Soice is convicted, he will face up to 30 years in a state correctional facility.
This arrest comes from an investigation by the Task Force into allegations that he was involved in the distribution of illegal drugs in Lee County.
The Lee County Attorney's Office, Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement and Keokuk Police Department assisted the Lee County Narcotics Task Force in this investigation.
