Kahoka woman arrested for meth and stealing tractor

    A Kahoka, Missouri woman was arrested last week for methamphetamine and stealing a tractor.

    On Tuesday, February 12, the Clark County Sheriff's Office recovered a tractor that had been reported stolen from a residence in Clark County on December 11, 2018.

    Later that day, authorities arrested Kelsey Yates, 27, from Kahoka and she was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold.

    On February 14, a felony arrest warrant was issued and served on Yates at the Clark County Detention Center. Yates is charged with stealing $25,000 or more, a class C felony, and possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, a class D felony.

    She is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000 cash-only bond.
