Kahoka Firefighters battle vehicle fire

The Kahoka Fire Department was called to the 600 block of North Walnut Saturday at 4:43 pm.

KFD responded with one engine, an equipment truck and 9 firefighters.

Crews found the vehicle fully engulfed in flames. The fire was spreading to the workshop it was housed in.

The vehicle and the workshop are believed to be a total loss.

The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time due to the extent of the damage.
