IHOP is giving guests a free short stack of pancakes on Tuesday, March 12.
The chain does ask guests to leave a donation for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and other local charities.
This money will go to children battling critical illnesses.
"I have a daughter and she goes to college at Baylor. If I couldn't afford to take care of her care I don't know where I'd be. I feel for families that do that. This isn't about IHOP, it's about the children's hospitals. There the ones going all the work. We just take the money and give it to them," said Quincy IHOP Owner, Larry McDonald.
IHOP set a goal to raise $4 million nationwide on Free Pancake Day.
Guests can get free pancakes between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
