Four Hannibal residents arrested on drug charges

On Wednesday, a search warrant was executed in the 2800 block of Marion Street in Hannibal based on an ongoing narcotics investigation.

Methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia was located.

Four people were taken into custody and charged with the following:

• Terry Beadle, 49 of Hannibal, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), endangering the welfare of a child, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and municipal warrants. A parole detainer was issued.

• Dexter Winningham, 33 of Hannibal, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), endangering the welfare of a child, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and municipal warrants.

• Tamara Winningham, 29 of Hannibal, endangering the welfare of a child, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Scott Emery, 26 of Hannibal, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.


Beadle was taken to the Marion County Jail. Dexter Winningham, Tamara Winningham, and Emery were released pending charges. The Children’s Division was called to the scene to assist and placed the children in the home in protective custody of other family members.
