Canton, MO couple arrested for endangering a child's welfare
The Clark County Sheriff's Office reports the arrests of Phillip Orange, 34, and Dena Pittman, 33, both of Canton, Missouri.
They were both arrested on two Class C felonies for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the 2nd degree.
The arrests were made Wednesday afternoon as members of the Sheriff's Office and the North Missouri Drug Task Force initiated contact with Orange and Pittman at the Flying J Truck Stop in Wayland, MO. They were both arrested and transported to the Clark County Detention Center.
They were both booked and are being held on a $50,000 cash-only bond each. These arrests follow a month-long investigation by the Clark County Sheriff's Office and the North Missouri Drug Task Force.
