Police say Braxton Cottrill, 22, was transported to University Hospital in Columbia where he was later pronounced dead.

An 18-month-old Kirksville boy named Parker, based on an online fundraiser for his parents, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Alissa Anders, 18, was transported to University Hospital in Columbia and is in critical condition, and Randall Yarrington 21, was transported to a medical facility for treatment of gunshot wounds.

The second victim is a man.

The shooting happened around 11:30 a.m. at an apartment in the 700 block of W. Dodson St., just a few blocks west of the Truman State University campus.

Adair County Coroner Brian Noe told KTVO Thursday night that a toddler, believed to be approximately one-and-a-half years old, was found dead inside the apartment.

The adult male died at University Hospital in Columbia, Mo.

Two other people were wounded. No names have been released yet and no word on their condition as of this posting.

When police arrived on the scene, officers found multiple victims with apparent gunshot wounds inside and outside a nearby apartment.

Kirksville police identified the suspected gunman as Anquan Glover, 22.

Last we knew, he was still on the run.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported around 2 p.m. Thursday that Glover's cell phone last pinged in the Brookfield, Mo., area.

After that, he turned off his phone.

Glover is a black male, 5’11” tall, weighing 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Troopers believe Glover is driving a 2017 White Nissan Sentra with the front passenger window and rear driver’s side window both busted out. It has license plates of GF6-X3R.

Investigators said two females are believed to be traveling with the suspect.

Glover should be considered armed and dangerous. They think he has several handguns with him.
