UPDATE: Charges dropped related to Hannibal shooting incident

Charges against Davion Tate and Will Sewell have been dropped according to the Marion County Circuit Clerks office.

Warrants were issued by the Circuit Court of Marion County on January 21st charging Davion S. Tate and Will A. Sewell with Stealing (D Felony) for their involvement in the Sunday night shooting incident.
Tate and Sewell bonds have been set at $50,000.00 cash only. This investigation is ongoing and more charges are pending.
Four suspects have been placed on 24-hour holds in connection to the Sunday night incident.
Hannibal police responded to the area of 4th and Hill Streets at 8:29 p.m. Sunday for a report of a robbery and possible shots fired.
Will A. Sewell, 20, and Davion S. Tate, 19, both of Hannibal, were placed on 24-hour holds for Robbery 2nd Degree.
Noah J. Zahn, 20 of Hannibal, was placed on a 24-hour hold for Assault 1st Degree.
Sewell, Tate and Zahn are being held in the Marion County Jail pending prosecutor review.
A 15-year-old male juvenile was also charged with Assault 1st Degree and is being held in juvenile detention.
