KHQA's Chad Douglas is currently the Managing Editor for KHQA. He is also an anchor and producer for KHQA This Morning. He's been with KHQA since 1998 when he was hired as a videographer and live truck operator.
Since that time, he has anchored every newscast time slot, but seems most at home waking up the Tri-States on KHQA This Morning from 5:00 to 7:00 am.
Chad has been married to his wife Erica since October of 2004. Together, they have two children.
Chad is originally from America's Hometown of Hannibal, where he and his family were faithful KHQA viewers.
He is also one of our many award winning journalists with awards from the Missouri Broadcasters Association, Iowa News Broadcasters, and Illinois Associated Press.
Chad is an active volunteer with the Quincy/Hannibal Salvation Army, and finds his true passion for the job in telling people stories.
