A career 1,000-point scorer and 2013 Clarence Cannon Conference Player of the Year, Mark Twain's Garrett Jarman signed his letter of intent with Hannibal-LaGrange on Tuesday.
"They're close to home, I get to stay at home so I'm really excited about that. It doesn't get any better than getting to stay home and play college basketball. I think my specialty is shooting 3-pointers, so that's what I'll focus on in college as my strong suit,"
