Police: Man gets lodged under vehicle after trying to prank co-worker
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
Police say a man is in the hospital after trying to play a prank on a co-worker.
Officers responded to the Braum's near 101st and Delaware just after midnight. Police say an 18-year-old man who works at the restaurant hid underneath a co-worker's vehicle as a practical joke, but the driver didn't realize he was under the car and tried to pull out of the parking lot.
The prankster ended up lodged underneath the vehicle, according to police. He suffered trauma to his head and lower body and was taken to the hospital.
"I'm not sure what his mindset was, but apparently they play practical jokes on each other," Corp. Jennifer Murphy said.
It's not clear what condition the prankster is in. Police say he was talking to them when they got to the scene.
