Watch out for slow moving vehicles during harvest

In the midst of harvest season, the Illinois State Police and Illinois Farm Bureau want to remind drivers to use caution around slow-moving farm vehicles.
You might see signs posted throughout the area.
Large farm vehicles travel at speeds around 25 miles per hour.
That means they're only permitted to drive on county highways and rural roads.
Drivers are urged to slow down immediately when approaching them.
Also, only pass in legal areas, even when the driver gives you the OK to go by.
