Volunteers in Hannibal help install free smoke alarms
HANNIBAL, MO —
The Hannibal Fire Department is thanking local volunteers for helping them install nearly 100 smoke detectors in homes in the area.
Volunteers from area churches, HFD on duty personnel, and Red Cross Volunteers all chipped in for what they called a successful Smoke Alarm Drive.
Volunteers installed 94 smoke alarms, replaced 10 dead batteries in 34 Hannibal Residences.
