Two arrests made in Hannibal following search warrant
On Thursday afternoon, Hannibal Police Officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) contacted two subjects at a Hannibal residence.
Heather Roland, 28, and Robert Roland, 34, were contacted by police in the 300 block of North 4th Street in reference to reports of drug activity.
Officers obtained a search warrant and located firearms, heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Both subjects were found to be convicted felons and were arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
Both subjects were transported to the Marion County Jail and placed on 24-hour holds.
The following day, warrants were issued and both were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and three counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, all class D felonies.
Both remain in jail on $50,000 bonds.
