Two arrested for shooting empty school bus

Two men have been arrested for shooting at an empty school bus.

According to the Fort Madison Daily Democrat, 19-year-old Dalton Benner, of Argyle and 20-year-old Dustin Andrews of West Point face criminal mischief charges for vandalism to a parked Central Lee School District school bus after midnight January 14.

Lee County Sheriff's Deputies say they believe the duo slashed a tire, kicked out a windshield and shot at the bus with a gun.

They'll face the charges in the coming days and KHQA will bring you more details.
