Twitter breakdown: What's a person to do?

Many Twitter users saw messages like, "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at" and "Problem loading page" on their computer screens Friday.

The Twitter outage began at approximately 11:20 a.m. and it immediately sent some Twitter users into a frenzy. Many depend on Twitter for daily conversations with friends, family and acquaintances.

Status Update

saying "Users may be experiencing issues accessing Twitter. Our engineers are currently working to resolve the issue."

We know one thing ... around the globe employees everywhere were either getting a ton of work done, or taking an early lunch!
