Trial date set for former Blue Ryno Exec.

Forty-six-year-old Ronda Oswalt

The former director of a Hannibal childrenâ??s charity goes to trial in July on three felony theft charges.

Forty-six-year-old Ronda Oswalt is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the Blue Ryno Foundation, which was set up by former Major League Baseball player Ryan Klesko.

She has pleaded not guilty and remains free on bond.

Klesko has not been charged, although heâ??s being sued in Georgia by a former business partner who claims the retired ballplayer threatened his life.

Klesko set up the charity to help critically ill kids and their families.

Oswaltâ??s case has been moved to Monroe County on a change of venue. If convicted, she faces more than 20 years in prison.
