KEOKUK, Iowa (AP) - The federal trial of a man accused of starting several fires in Keokuk last summer has been delayed.
Travis Thrush, of Keokuk, faces three counts of arson in connection to fires that were set at a church and two businesses.
His trial, which had been scheduled for July 6th, has been reset for Aug. 31st in U.S. District Court in Davenport.
Thrush also faced state arson charges in the fires from May 2008 to January.
Those charges were dismissed after the federal charges were filed.
Thrush remains in the custody of the U.S. Marshal's Service.
