Three Hannibal residents arrested after narcotics search
The 10th Judicial Court issued new warrants on January 18th on Charles Donley and LaDawn Mack after they were arrested during a narcotics search warrant executed Wednesday.
Charles Donley is now charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Class C Felony.
LaDawn Mack is now charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class D Felony.
Bond for both suspects is set at $50,000 cash only.
Donley and Mack remain lodged in the Marion County Jail.
On Wednesday, Hannibal Police Department Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad Officers conducted a search warrant in the 400 block of North 5th.
During the search, a significant amount of Crystal Methamphetamine (ICE), a large amount of cash, prescription drugs and several paraphernalia items were seized.
Three Hannibal residents were taken into custody.
Dillon A. Rickey, 21, LaDawn M. Mack, 44, and Charles W. Donley, 36.
Rickey was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia.
Mack was arrested for Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia.
Donley was arrested for Manufacturing a Controlled Substance, Paraphernalia and 2 misdemeanor warrants.
Rickey was released on a summons. Donley and Mack were placed on 24 hour holds at the Marion County Jail pending prosecutor review.
