Three arrested for Ursa house burglary

Three people are in the Adams County Jail Wednesday morning in connection with a home burglary in Ursa, Illinois.
Adams County Sheriff's Deputies and officers with the West Central Illinois Drug Task Force arrested 31-year-old Daniel Noe of Durham, Missouri; 32-year-old Trisha Thomas of Quincy and 29-year-old Lawrence Douglas of Quincy during a traffic stop late Tuesday night.
This after a burglary was reported at a home in Ursa, Illinois.
Officers were conducting a follow-up investigation on that reported residential burglary when they stopped a vehicle driven by Trisha Thomas near the intersection of 9th and Washington in Quincy.
During the traffic stop, officials found drugs in the car. According to the Sheriff's Department, further investigation indicated their suspected involvement in the residential burglary. The burglary involved, in part, multiple firearms.
Thomas and Noe now face charges of burglary, possession of weapons by a felon, theft, and meth possession.
Douglas is also in jail on charges of possession of weapon by a felon and unlawful possession of stolen property.
