Quincy police officers were searching for a blue pickup. They located the truck near 6th and Chestnut streets. The truck pulled into the alley and the driver, later identified as Speirs, fled on foot, according to a press release.
Officers shot Speirs with a Taser gun, the release said.

The juvenile in question was located and Speirs was not charged related to that incident.
