Southern style Quincy restaurant expands

Its slogan is "Our flame's still a burnin'." For Jimbeana's Restaurant owners Jim and Sabina Cottrell, their quaint eatery is "still expanding."

Recently Jimbeana's Restaurant, located at 120 South 10th Street in Quincy, unveiled a new expanded dining area.

Jimbeana's Restaurant owners Jim and Sabina Cottrell say after five years their quaint eatery was just not keeping up with demand. On some days diners had to wait to get in the doors. But now that's all changed, after crews converted a portion of the restaurant's expansive patio to indoor dining. Click here to check out the new expanded dining area.

The eatery is known locally for daily offerings of fried, on-the-bone catfish and onion rings. Visit the website for a full menu.
