Quincy woman in cuffs after juveniles found bound

A Quincy woman is behind bars charged with holding four juveniles captive.
Adams County Sheriff's Deputies were called to 1518 Zellerman Drive Monday after receiving reports of a fight between two women. They also had received reports that four juveniles were tied up on the property; being held against their will.
Deputies arrested Oceaner B. Saulsberry, 24, at the home without incident.
The juveniles were also located and turned over to their guardian.
Saulsberry faces charges of domestic battery, unlawful restraint, aggravated assault and armed violence.
She is in the Adams County Jail.
According to Adams County's court records, Saulsberry's bond was set at $150,000. She is not allowed any contact with the victims.
