A teenager arrested in Thursday's stabbing on N. 5th St. made his first appearance in court Monday morning.
Henry Johnson, 17, of Quincy was arrested Saturday in the 900 block of Hampshire.
Authorities responded to the 1100 block of North 5th Street last Thursday after receiving reports of a fight in progress.
Police say when they arrived they found a man with two non-life-threatening stab wounds.
Johnson faces aggravated battery charges and made his first court appearance before Adams County Circuit Judge Robert Adrian.
The judge set Johnson's bond at $25,000 and appointed attorney Bret Jansen to represent him.
Johnson is scheduled to return to court Jan. 7 for a preliminary hearing.
