A Quincy woman arrested in connection with the largest shake-and-bake meth bust in Quincy has reached a plea deal with the state.
Christina Rife, 35, faced meth making and possession charges after a police search of her Spruce St. home in January. During that raid, investigators uncovered more than 500 shake-and-bake meth bottles.
