They turned out for this neighborhood watch meeting at the Quincy Public Library Tuesday evening.
QPD School Resource Officer Brent Holtman addressed questions and concerns surrounding juvenile problems.
Concerned residents say there are a lot of mischievous youth out there with inattentive parents.
"When there's a problem in the neighborhood, call the police, because if they get the complaints about it, something can get done," concerned resident Cheryl Hobson said. "The meetings we have are for everyone. If we all have our complaints and get together, you get things done."
The last neighborhood watching meeting in Quincy was about dilapidated properties.
Hobson said residents are gathering signatures for a petition that would make landlords within the city limits more accountable for their properties.
