Quincy Police searching for man involved in meth fire

Quincy police are looking for a man involved in a meth-related fire.

Police responded to a call at 517 Sycamore at around 1:02 a.m. Upon arrival the fire had been put out.

Authorities told KHQA they believe a methamphetamine lab caught fire and they

think the subject, Donald K. McClelland II, might have gotten burned.

Police searched the area for McClelland, but were unable to locate him.

McClelland is described as a 32 year old white male who is 5 foot 10 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds and has red hair and hazel eyes.

Hazmat crews were still on scene cleaning up at 2:30 a.m.

An investigation is ongoing.
