A Tri-State woman is the focus of a hit show on TLC.
Quincy native Colleen Cory is a featured bride on the popular bridal show "Randy to the Rescue."
This video is from Friday night's show courtesy of TLC.
Cory traveled to Chicago back in April to receive a head to toe makeover from fashion stylist Randy Fenoli. The show consists of Randy traveling across the country where select brides-to-be receive a one-one-one consultation on their wedding day style.
On the show she's looking for help to resemble the Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe at her wedding reception.
Cory says the entire experience was surreal.
"Oh my gosh, Randy Fenoli is amazing. He is a guru of all things bridal. The day was all about me, the bride. He makes you feel comfortable, he wants you to just experience whatever it is you're looking for. He goes and looks for the dresses whatever your theme of your wedding is, he knows the whole "to do." He gets the full background story and then he goes and pulls the dresses for you," Cory said.
You can catch the episode featuring Cory on July 12th at 9 p.m. on TLC.
