Turhan Bowen, 51, was arrested Aug. 4 after he entered the Town & Country Mobile Home Estates home of an 82-year-old woman.

An Adams County judge sentenced a Quincy man to 25 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to stabbing an elderly woman.

Turhan Bowen, 51, was arrested Aug. 4 after he entered the Town & Country Mobile Home Estates home of an 82-year-old woman.

He entered a guilty plea at a preliminary hearing Tuesday on a charge of home invasion. Bowen was accused of stabbing the woman in the neck.

Adams County Circuit Judge Bill Mays sentenced Bowen to 25 years in prison and ordered him to pay more than $21,000 in restitution, according to court documents.
