      Police: stolen items found at scene lead to third arrest

      Two Hannibal residents face felony charges after authorities say they found drugs in their house.

      Two Hannibal residents face felony charges after authorities say they found drugs in their house.

      Thirty-five-year-old June Hornak and Kenneth Tyberg, 32, were arrested after the the Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant at their home on North 4th Street.

      Police say they found marijuana packaged for sale, synthetic marijuana, drug paraphernalia and money.

      Items believed to be stolen from a truck in Hannibal on Friday were also found at the scene.

      Those items lead to the arrest of a third person, Jason Stamper.

      Marion County Prosecutor's Office charged Tyberg and Hornak with a class B felony of possession with intent to distribute.

      Both remain in the Marion County Jail.
