Roger Strieker, 42

Two Liberty residents are waking up in the Adams County Jail after police say they found a large marijuana growing operation at their home.

Roger Strieker, 42, and Nancy Taylor, 44, face charges of unlawful production of cannabis and unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.

Authorities served a search warrant at their home at 593 N. 900th Avenue on Wednesday.

Police say they found numerous pieces of growing equipment, several pounds of processed marijuana, containers of nutrients and fertilizer, and over forty marijuana plants in various stages of growth.

Taylor was previously sentenced to prison time on a 1998 methamphetamine charge.
