Police connect Quincy man to Continental Cement burglary

Patrick T. Wallace, 34, was charged with theft/stealing (value of property or services is $500 or more but less than $25,000), a class C felony, after a six week investigation, police say.

A Quincy man was arrested Monday in connection to a December 6th burglary at Continental Cement in Ralls County, Mo.

Patrick T. Wallace, 34, was charged with theft/stealing (value of property or services is $500 or more but less than $25,000), a class C felony, after a six week investigation, police say.

According to the Ralls County Sheriff's Office, investigators determined that Wallace worked for a professional cleaning company that serviced Continental Cement at the time of the incident.

The sheriff's office says stolen property was recovered from a residence in Fowler, Illinois and that's where Wallace was arrested.

Wallace is lodged in the Pike County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond that was set by Judge David C. Mobley.
