      Plea bargain rejected in child porn case

      A man charged with having child pornography will go to trial and will get a new judge.


      A man charged with having child pornography will go to trial and will get a new judge.


      Mark Sutton formally of Quincy originally pleaded not guilty to child pornography charges.


      He later changed his plea for a plea agreement.


      Yesterday, Judge William Mays refused that agreement.


      A new judge is reassigned to the case.


      Sutton will head to trial on December 9th.
