The Pike County Illinois board says it's making its "final offer" to union employees for a contract.
The Quincy Herald Whig reports the board highlighted the numbers this week saying they will be part of the fiscal year budget which will be posted soon.
The board has offered a 7.2% increase over a three year period.
The union is asking for a 17.4% increase over the same time frame.
