Passavant Area Hospital welcomes first baby of 2018
Passavant Area Hospital welcomed its first baby born in 2018 on Monday.
Korbyn Lee Kessinger, son of Alicia Stuller and Brandon Kessinger of White Hall, made his appearance Monday at 2:55 p.m.
His due date was January 13th.
“I was surprised,” said Stuller. “I wasn’t expecting him [so soon].”
Korbyn weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, was 20 ½ inches long and is the younger brother to 7-year-old Bryson Farris.
Korbyn’s middle name, Lee, is in honor of his father and paternal grandfather.
Staff in Passavant’s obstetrics department presented the family with a gift basket containing books, diapers and stuffed toys for baby and a lounging robe for mom.
