Spirit Bluffs Paranormal
held a "curious conversation" Saturday afternoon at the Quincy Public Library.
The group that conducts paranormal investigations invited Lisa Marks, curator of the Hannibal History Museum, to talk a little history and a lot about ghosts.
Marks and her husband guide tours through haunted areas in Hannibal, Mo. investigating Old Baptist Cemetery along with mansions on Millionaire's row.
The two have also co-written a book called "Haunted Hannibal."
Marks was excited to share some of her ghost stories with the group.
"It's wonderful to come and talk to a group like this because we can tell stories we can't cover on the haunted Hannibal tours. We've gathered so many stories and had so many personal experiences during the tour that we could give a 6 hours tour but obviously we can't do that. So it's nice to be able to share some of the other stories in scenes like this," Marks said.
Haunted Hannibal Ghost tours are scheduled daily to leave at 7 p.m. from the Hannibal History Museum.
