Marion County man pleads guilty to unlawful use of a firearm

Myron Mahaney pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a weapon by firing a gun into a dwelling

One of the men arrested in connection to a shooting incident last November in Hannibal pleaded guilty to an amended charge today.

Myron Mahaney pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a weapon by firing a gun into a dwelling.

Marion County prosecuting attorney David Clayton says Mahaney is no longer charged with assault and armed criminal action.

He was was sentenced to the maximum of four years in prison on this charge.

Clayton said co-defendant Tion Dorsey is accused of shooting a person in the arm in connection to the same shooting incident.

His case is pending.
