A woman accused of having sexual relations with a family dog and a child related to her has waived her right to a preliminary hearing,
Macon County Prosecuting Attorney Josh Meisner said.
Christina Spaid, 34, of Macon faces numerous charges, including statutory sodomy; use of a child in a sexual performance; endangering the welfare of a child; and unlawful sex with an animal.
Spaid is accused of sexual activity with a blood relative under the age of 17, as well as sexual activity involving the family dog, all while her husband, Billie Spaid, watched.
She will be arraigned in circuit court February 8.
She's in the Randolph County jail.
