NECAC director earns national honor
Dianna Clair of Bowling Green was honored by National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials.
Clair received a High Performance Management award for her work with a rent-assistance program as a NECAC director.
The presentation followed Clair’s successful completion of an intensive two-day training course that is meant to help managers become even better at their jobs.
Clair joined NECAC in 2007 as a housing assistance counselor and was promoted to her current position in 2011. She oversees a staff of 20 people in 12 Missouri counties.
NECAC has administered the federal rent-assistance program for more than 35 years, The agency oversees more than 26 hundred rent-assistance vouchers in the last year has received top ratings from HUD for its administration of the program.
