Update: Wanted man now in custody in Marion County, MO.


19-year-old Jaron Wade Richards was taken into custody around 4:09 Sunday afternoon.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop B, Richards is charged with a felony in Marion County for resisting arrest, a felony in Ralls County for resisting arrest and a felony of a probation and parole warrant for resisting arrest.

Richards is being held at the Marion County Jail with no bond.

The Marion County Sheriff's Office and the Missouri State Highway patrol are currently searching for a wanted man believed to be 19-year-old Jaron Wade Richards.

The suspect is described as a white male with long hair over his ears.

He is wearing a red or maroon shirt with darker blue jeans.

He was last seen on Route C and County Rd. 234 walking east along Route C.

Any suspicious activity or information on this person's whereabouts should be reported to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.
