      Missing and possibly endangered Quincy man found

      McGlaughlin is described as a 5-foot-four-inch tall white male who weighs 120 lbs. He has brown hair, blue eyes and possible facial hair.

      Family members and the authorities need your help in locating a missing and possibly endangered Quincy man.

      The Quincy Police Department says Ted Allen McGlaughlin, 22, was last seen by family members leaving 2530 W. Valley View on foot around 7 p.m. Monday, August 11. He was reported missing on August 16.

      McGlaughlin is described as a 5-foot-4-inch tall white male who weighs 120 lbs. He has brown hair, blue eyes and possible facial hair. Family members say he normally wears glasses, but his glasses are broken.

      McGlaughlin has a tattoo of a dragon on his inner left forearm that is blue, green and black in color, has the word "Patricia" tattooed on his right leg and has another tattoo on his left leg.

      Family members state that McGlaughlin is suicidal, police say.
