Robertson was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
The arrests came at 6:40 a.m. after the Sheriff's Special Response Team served a warrant at 1227 S. 8th Street in Quincy.
The West Central Illinois Task Force, Adams County Sheriffs Office Special Response Team, and the Quincy Police Department conducted the early morning operation at 8th and Jackson.

A three-year-old child was discovered in the residence and was turned over to a family member. The Illinois and Missouri Department of Children and Family Services were contacted regarding the child and will be initiating an investigation.
