Police arrested Quincy and Hannibal residents Wednesday at an alleged meth house near Berrian Elementary School.
Joseph D. Hardy, 23, of Quincy and Crystal L. Robertson, 22, of Hannibal were arrested.
Hardy was charged with aggravated unlawful participation of methamphetamine production.
Robertson was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
The arrests came at 6:40 a.m. after the Sheriff's Special Response Team served a warrant at 1227 S. 8th Street in Quincy.
The West Central Illinois Task Force, Adams County Sheriffs Office Special Response Team, and the Quincy Police Department conducted the early morning operation at 8th and Jackson.
