Meth charges send four to jail

Four Quincy residents were arrested Sunday night as part of a drug investigation.

An investigation by the West Central Illinois Task Force lead agents to 217 Stadium Drive, Apt. 13, where numerous components of a shake and bake methamphetamine laboratory were seized, according to a release from M/Sgt. Patrick Frazier.

Police arrested four people at the residence including 38-year-old Robert A. Perrin, 26-year-old Ashley A. Kuhlmeier, 34-year-old Richard A. Nunn, Jr. and 42-year-old Scott L. Markley.

Perrin and Kuhlmeier were both arrested on charges of methamphetamine conspiracy and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.

Nunn and Markley were both arrested on charges of methamphetamine precursor.

According to police, all four Quincy residents were transported to the Adams County Jail where they are currently lodged.
