The man involved in a manhunt last week in Marion County, Missouri is now behind bars.

The Adair County Jail says Daniel R. Coonfield has been transferred back to Lewis County.

Lewis County Chief Deputy Rob Power says Coonfield was arraigned Monday morning on a class C felony charge of stealing a car.

He is being held in Lewis County on a $25,000 cash only bond.

Coonfield's next court appearance is scheduled for July 21. He faces several charges in both Missouri and Illinois.

Marion County Sheriff's Department Detective Tyler Wheeler told KHQA Saturday that the Missouri Highway Patrol reported Daniel Coonfield's arrest in Kirksville.
