The Adams County Coroner's office confirmed that the body of a man found dead at a Quincy residence is Wallace M. Coyle.
Coyle was pronounced dead at his residence at 4:11 a.m. His death was a result of a gunshot wound.
Police have arrested his wife, Bethany Louise Coyle, age 28, in connection with the shooting.
An autopsy will be conducted.

A 37 year-old male was found dead with an apparent gunshot wound early Sunday morning.
As a result of the ongoing investigation Bethany Coyle was arrested for Reckless Conduct and is currently held in the Adams County Jail.
Quincy Police officers responded to a disturbance call at the residence of 1313 Spruce.
Upon arrival the officers found the man's body.
